VOB is a DVD-Media format and is not internet browser compatible (as is the case with most DVD software at the date of writing this article). Most DVD technology at this time is not internet browser compatible. It is for this reason the Grey Pebbles requires your files in an internet browser compatible format.
Prefered File Formats for Use on the Web
Grey Pebbles can integrate videos into your website by either directly embedding the video into an HTML page or by embedding the video into a flash file. The advantage of integrating the file into a flash file is that Grey Pebbles can add in volume controls and timeline controls (stop, play, skip etc). |
