Installation of Email Stationery for Microsoft Outlook

You should receive an html file in an email from your designer or account manager. Save these items to your PC and then copy them. You will paste them in your stationery folder found in the following place.

Double click > My Computer

Double click > C drive

Double click > Program Files

Double click > Common Files

Double click > Microsoft Shared

Double click > Stationery  

You may close all the folders and open up Microsoft Outlook.

At the top of the screen click on Tools and select Options.

In the window that pops up select the "Mail Format" tab.

Next to the option "Compose in this message format," make sure that you have the HTML option selected in the dropdown menu.

Then next to the option "Use this stationery by default," select the HTML page in the dropdown menu. Refer to the image below if this is unclear:

Click on the "Apply" button to apply the stationery and then the "OK" button to close the screen.
