Installing Email Stationery for Outlook Express

You should receive an html file in an email from your designer or account manager. Save these items to your PC and then copy them. to your stationery folder found in the following place:

Double click > My Computer

Double click > C drive

Double click > Program Files

Double click > Common Files

Double click > Microsoft Shared

Double click > Stationery

You may close all the folders and open up Microsoft Outlook.  

At the top of the screen, click on Tools and select Options.

In the window that pops up select the "Compose" button.

Then next to the option "When composing new HTML messages, use the following Stationery," click on the "Select" button and choose the HTML page that the designer sent in the dropdown menu.

Click on the "Apply" button to apply the stationery and then the "OK" button to close the screen.
