Our hosting offers the use of your own control panel which allows you to manage your web space as required. Please note that errors or other problems generated due to customer changes will be corrected by Grey Pebbles at the standard hourly service fee or will be collected from the monthly maintenance package whichever is applicable. About MailFoundry Spam and Virus Filters (ALL PACKAGES)
Much like a PC virus scanner uses virus definitions, MailFoundry uses spam definitions to identify and remove spam emails before they reach your inbox. The spam definitions are updated every 5 minutes by real human spam editors to ensure even the most recent spam outbreaks are filtered guaranteeing maximum effectiveness.
Traditional spam filtering used by other hosts, such as SpamAssassin use keywords to guess
which emails might be spam this leads to high falsepositive rates (genuine emails being lost).
Because MailFoundry does not use traditional scoring, and does not guess which emails may be
spam, it leads the industry with a false positive rate of less than 1 in 1 million.
MailFoundry is a dedicated appliance server, which sits between our mailservers and the internet
stopping spam and virus emails before they even reach our core mailservers
