E-mail is not sending
If your e-mail is not sending and you made sure you are connected to the internet and not viewing any cached pages.
Go into the properties of the e-mail account, which is giving the problem like for example problem@domain.com.
Look for extra settings on the e-mail account once you’re in the properties, there should be a button that says setting, change or properties depending on the mail service you use.
1.Now search for a field that says "Reply e-mail address" Make sure your e-mail address is written in this field. You will not be able to send out any e-mail if your e-mail address is not entered into this field.
2. If your are still unable to sent out e-mail make sure that your POP and SMTP servers is correctly written. (Also check for spelling mistakes on the account settings and details.)
3. If you are still having problems and cannot see anything wrong, delete the e-mail account and re-create the account, usually there is a small spelling mistake and this will be corrected once you re-create the e-mail account.
4. Use squirrelmail to verify that your e-mail is indeed working. If you can get into Squirrelmail then there is nothing wrong with your e-mail and there is a problem with the setup of the e-mail.
5. If you have sent up the account for the first time make sure the details supplied by us is correct. you can verify your details by filling in a support ticket.
